Epoxy Systems and Color Options
Solid System
This economy flooring system will help hide patching and minor deterioration. This system will eliminate concrete dust and provide an easy to clean, maintanance free, stain resistant floor. This system can either be rolled on or poured, water based or 100% solids, depending on budget and or situation. Silica sand is used in this system as a non-skid.
Chip System
The "granite-look" or terrazzo style is achieved by embedding vinyl chips into 100% solids epoxy, then top coated with 100% solids Polyurea. This is a poured on system and will conceal imperfections in the concrete slab to a greater degree than the solid system. Due to its multi color pattern, it maintains a clean look while camouflaging dirt and debris. Also, unlike the solid system, granite-look flooring will eliminate pinholes in most concrete floors. Silica sand is added to this system as a non-skid.
Quartz System
The quartz system is achieved by embedding ceramic coated sand in 100% solids . This is a poured on system and will camouflage imperfections in the concrete floor to a greater degree than the solid system. Due to the heavy layer of quartz and 100% solids epoxies, impact resistance is greater compared to the other systems. Its multi color pattern helps maintain a clean look while camouflaging dirt and debris. Also, unlike the solid system, quartz flooring will eliminate pinholes in most concrete slabs. No silica sand is added to this system, as the quartz acts as a natural non-skid.
Diamond Crystal System
The diamond crystal system is achieved by broadcasting a fine colored metallic flake over 100% solids epoxy to create a brilliant and unique look. This system will add an extra bling to your dull and drab concrete slab.
Metal Essence System
The metal essence system is created by blending actual very fine metallic powder with our 100% solids epoxy. Then a special dispersant agent is used to create the effect of a molted metal. Due to its uniqueness, no one floor will look the same.

These are special additives that can be used to enhance any of our current flooring systems to help create a personalized, unique and one of a kind look. The possibilities are endless.
